Harmony helps return control of the internet to the user. A Google Chrome plugin, Harmony gives users the ability to disable "sticky" features on YouTube, FaceBook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Use the the extension to set and monitor time limits for any of the above, or disable the addictive features that make those apps so pernicious.
